Feeling off is not enough

Derealization is not incorrect

Depersonalization is not bad

The world as we know it is just an association of different elements on our brain

We don't even know ourselves

The only thing that keeps you aware of time and space is your memory

Even if time and space gives us a structure of what we know as reality, it's also a boundary

Lose yourself in your own brain, dissolve all knowledge voice or thought, deprive yourself of your sense of sight, if there is physical contamination, just don't think about it

Some voices may not have a physical form, but you can get along with them

Everything you think is there, you may think it's wrong, but it's not. Everything must stay within yourself

Think, but don't think

Do this as much as you can

Y2.

If all goes well you should see differences on your perception over things

Don't panic, this is not wrong, you are starting to see some things

Maybe sometimes you see what surrounds you and you feel that it loses its shape, that the place you knew is really still in its current state, but it is only your human perception, what does a place really mean?

Maybe the words in your books turn into letters, maybe de pages of your book only turn into paper stained with ink

Maybe some things shouldn't be there, but not in a perspective of order, it just feels odd, who knows why it could be

Whatever, they are just objects, it just won't do anything by itself.

Y3.

You kept losing yourself? Cool!

You may see silhouettes, shadows or even bodies at the edge of your field of view

Don't be afraid of them, they can't and don't have a reason to do something to you, these entities may contact you later. Also, be nice to them

If you want to look at them more closely, just don't look directly at them and keep them at the end of your field of view

You may feel watched sometimes, but once again you shouldn't feel scared at all, maybe you don't see them but they aren't here to haunt you.

You have to be strong, if you feel like you can't deal with this, search help on the web.

After all these things, you may percieve some thins from a different perspective, that can help, or may not

Y4.

WARNING: I am not promoting the consumption of any type of drug.

The dosage of psychedelics may help you most of times, be careful with them, before taking any risk get enough information to be safe, even if your physical form doesn't matter, (at this moment) you should keep it safe and the healthiest possible to keep your brain working correctly.

If you keep your feelings and thoughts on the outer space, away from your personal fears and worries, and you think as a being beyond your human/social memories, you should be ok

You can even question silly things. Are forks necessary? Do you really need using annoying clothes? Aren't taxes complicated as fuck?

You can even question "heavy" things. Are the consciousness of others like yours? Where does the abstraction of the mind ends? Are you going to do something worthwhile in your life?

Don't drown in yourself, cry if you need it, turn the lights on/off if you need it, don't keep yourself in a bubble of dread.

The use of psychedelics may not be for everyone, also if you "trip" often the trips won't be that good, use them at least each 7 days and not every week. If you feel like the trips aren't that strong anymore, wait 1-2 months and try again.

Be careful with the type of psychedelics you consume, some of them, like 25I-NBOMe can lead to death on high doses and their doses aren't even well calculated. We'd recommend to consume safe psychedelics like LSD or Psylocin.
